Speakers
- Samuel J. Erkonen, JD, is a partner with Howe & Hutton, Ltd.
He earned his B.B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa and is a 1989
graduate of the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. While
at Washington University, Sam was elected President of his legal fraternity. He also possesses a Master of Laws degree in taxation. Sam brings Howe & Hutton, Ltd. extensive litigation experience at the state and federal levels.
He presently serves the photography, hospitality, entertainment and
trade association industries in the areas of contract negotiation and litigation. Sam is past chairman of the Trade and Professional Association Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
- Rebecca Pace is a dynamic seminar instructor and hilarious keynote speaker. She holds an audience’s attention with her funny and entertaining analogies and stories that create tangible learning experiences. Rebecca’s presentations are packed with energy, humor and core skills that transition into results in the learner’s workplace and personal life. Rebecca’s speaking style nets results while allowing participants to laugh, learn and leave empowered with new ideas, tools, and techniques.
Rebecca brings a diverse career background to the learning venue. She
instructed at Tidewater Technical College, lead call center environments
for General Electric as a Training and Development manager and worked as Human Resource Director in the pharmaceutical industry. She has provided training and development for industry leaders such as General Electric, McGraw-Hill, Circuit City and the US Military and Civil Service. Rebecca’s workshops, keynotes and seminars cover topics ranging from communication to leadership to team building to embracing diversity in the workplace.
Rebecca’s goal is to help people excel in work, life, and play through creative education. Her proven abilities in leadership, curriculum development, and learning delivery have had an impact on participant’s productivity, empowerment and morale.
