Tell us who you are, where you work and what your title is.

My name is Dennis Jungmeyer and I am the retired Past President of the Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association.

How long have you been a member of ASAE?

Since inception - Fall of 1978!  Initially it was about eight organizing members with a priority on legislative affairs.  Quickly evolved into an organization for all association executives promoting excellence through idea exchange and professional instructions.  Quickly invited associate/allied members to become members providing the benefits of interaction and service promotion.

What does effective leadership look like to you?

Never forgetting that you are an employee and understanding your employers priorities.

What is the most effective daily habit you possess?

Sleeping late!
