February Luncheon

Tuesday, February 17th
11:45 AM - 1:00 PM
Capital Hotel (111 W. Markham Street, Little Rock 72201)

Come practice strategic planning in a way you can reuse.

Strategy Starts with Members
A Hands On Member-Focused Strategic Planning

Strategic planning doesn’t have to be overwhelming — and it doesn’t have to start with a full retreat. This interactive luncheon is designed as a mini strategic planning exercise that associations can adapt and replicate with their own boards and leadership teams. You’ll actively participate in a member-focused process that surfaces priorities, sparks ideas, and models a practical approach to strategic thinking.

Understanding what members value and expect from their associations is a foundational element of strategic planning. Dr. Julie Robinson will guide participants through a structured process to assess member perspectives, explore potential solutions, and establish priorities through small-group discussion. This luncheon will generate actionable ideas for your organization while also informing ASAE’s strategic plan and content development for the coming year.
